A: All travel-related questions should be directed to the D.R. Horton Events Team listed under Contact Us at the bottom of each page.
Q: Are there any baggage limitations for the airlines?
A: There is no longer a standard set of rules that apply to all airlines' baggage limitations. The airlines are imposing a fee for luggage exceeding their weight limits. For most airlines, this is 50 pounds for checked luggage and 40 pounds for carry-on bags. Please check with your carrier for luggage allowance and restrictions before departing for the airport. Fees will apply to excess checked and/or carry-on bags. The airlines have a per-person limit for carry-on bags of one personal item and one carry-on bag. Personal items are identified as one of the following: a purse, briefcase, small backpack, or laptop computer. Passengers exceeding the carry-on limit may not be allowed through the security checkpoint.
Q: Can I travel without a REAL ID?
A: Beginning February 1, 2026, anyone unable to provide a REAL ID or acceptable form of ID, will have to pay a $45 fee to use TSA ConfirmID, BEFORE your travel start date. To complete the online form and submit payment, please visit the TSA ConfirmID website.
If you do not complete the online form and provide payment before your travel, once at the airport, TSA will attempt to verify your identity through further security measures; however, there is no guarantee TSA can do so.
Q: Can I upgrade using Frequent Flyer miles or coupons?
A: Yes, however, any deviations or upgrade charges with your ticket will be at your own expense. All frequent flyer requests for upgrades should be personally handled with the respective airline.
Q: Will professional headshots be offered?
A: Optional headshots will be available on Monday, April 27, from 10:00am – 5:00pm on a first-come, first-served basis. If you plan to participate, please pack appropriate attire for your headshot. A changing area will be available if your hotel room is not ready. Photos will be emailed following the event for you to download and use.
Q: Can I extend my stay at the resort before or after the program?
A: Yes; however, any additional expenses incurred as a result of an extended stay will be at your own expense. Please refer to the Hotel page for more information. For additional details, please contact the D.R. Horton Events Team (see Contact Us).
Q: If I extend my stay, will airport transportation be provided?
